Juniors and seniors,the Oregon Health Career Center has a summer opportunity -the Health Careers Opportunity Program Summer Academy, a program that helps youth go to college and become healthcare professionals. You must have at least a 2.75 GPA, be a U.S. citizen or legal U.S. resident and either qualify for the free/reduced lunch program or be afirst generation college-bound student and interested in pursuing a health career. KICKBALL FOR HAITI! Lunch meeting Wed. 3/3 in room 277 for those interested in participating in a huge kickball tournament to be held 4/3. Please strategize your own teams. The minimum number of players per team is 12, maximum is 15. Come to the meeting at lunch on 3/3 to sign your team up for the tournament.

The Portland Chapter of Sons of Norway is offering three $1,000 scholarships to students pursuing post secondary education, and particularly those who have a connection to or interest in Scandinavian Heritage or culture. Deadline is Mon. 3/1 so hurry! Details are available on Naviance.
