Under federal and state law, the Portland Public
Schools ensures that all children with disabilities are identified,
located and evaluated. The Special Education team at Cleveland
consists of teachers, psychologists, a speech pathologist,
occupational therapists, physical therapists, educational
assistants, an adaptive physical education specialist, and
instructional specialists serving our qualified students.
